I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms are truly amazing with a 5-star service that surpassed my expectations. The staff, especially Mrs Sabrine from guest relations, were always helpful, attentive, and made my day. However, some areas in the rooms need refurbishing, like the shabby and cracked paintwork.
The hotel rooms are beautiful and filled with luxurious amenities like fruit, sweets, and espresso machine, although the decor is a bit dark. The service provided by the attentive and friendly staff members was exceptional. The location is perfect, walking distance to the city center but the salon area could be upgraded. The dining experience offered a great selection of Moroccan and European food. The facilities are top-notch.
